mo healthy food = depressed?





what is healthy food?? apple?? milk?? no fast food.. more vegetables. .. more fruit.. more green... no chips.. chocolate.. ice cream... pop corn... =_= no FAT? i mean.. less FAT?? (squeaky voice)


i am munching an apple (red) and i felt... depressed... ho! ho! and yeah! i drank milk too this morning... (too healthy??? =_=)


i need chocolate.. i need fast food.... last night we went out to buy KFC for the whole family (yeah my sisters bought it...)... and hu yeah! it is depressing too..  cause i hate KFC.. =_= i can't even finished 1 chicken... (don't know why).. 


i rather watch KBC all day rather than eat another apple or... drank another milk.. i mean another.. err box..  sekotak susu lemboo moooo~


OMG! i want pizza.. i want chocolate.. i want cinabon... pretzel.. donuts.... bwarghh......

Pemakanan perlu seimbang. Lebihkan makanan yang berkhasiat, dan kurangkan makanan ringan yang berlemak dan berkalori tinggi (ini nasihat utk diri sendiri... sudah gumuks... :P)

i xmakan black pepper sgt.. lols tapi i do like cili api and sos cili... so nasi ayam.. sos popia... =_=
