story of caprutsan

colleague oh! colleague!

supposedly colleague ni kerjanya adalah untuk membantu aka menyenangkan hidup sesiapa saja. tolong dan bantu membantu sebab bak kata orang perak two is better than one....

tapi i don't think so (for my current situations..)

i am in admin department. we have few people like the administator (my lady boss), me the AA (air asia? haha), the front desk girl, the tea lady/ cleaner aunties & neng, the drivers and mr. ramlee the office boy.

what happened is our lovely receptionist (which already tukar few orang) is a type yang selalu cuti, byk masalah hidup, blur and ala2 pemalas gituh...

i started working in this company in march 2012 (la.. baru lagi?) 

1st recept is the lepasan SPM girl by the name of Dilla. saw her on the day i came for the interview. somewhere in FEBRUARY 2013. 

then on the day i started work, Dilla said she will be working there till early march.. cehh... resigned nak berjimba kat tioman katanya... during that time she was like always take leave and Gopi (the person who last time is the AA which got transfered to Human Resource department) to have to replace her.

then i started working on 1st of March (Thursday). the next Monday (my 3rd working day) I have to replaced Dilla since she left already. and Gopi was on leave to go for holiday in Redang.. (tioman, redang... =_=).. 2 weeks after that, the 2nd recept dtg. She is Miss S and after 1 month working she became Puan S. =_= (seriously?) I don't know who on earth lagi dalam earth yang amik 1-2 weeks holiday off after 1 month working to get married. Seriously. Then this girl always late... always waking up late (due to..??) always on MC, always got family gathering.. and always taking EL without excuses.. (sakit hati!) every time this receptionist cuti, i have to ganti them. like seriously.. sakit hati.

since she masuk just 2 weeks after i masuk, her confirmation also 2 weeks after mine. the best part is I got 62 marks kot.. and she (the one yang acapkali cuti acapkali sakit tenant, lewat dsb) got 86. but the best part is (hahaha) both of us tak dpt increament.. hehe sakit hati she go and resign.. but 1st she buruk2kan our boss to the HR dept during the exit interview. ok la.. xkisahla..  she  resign somewhere in after raya time. she took long leave during raya time saying "owh 1st time raya as a pengantin baru" so i need to berhari raya as pengantin baru.. ko hado?  (ye aku nan hados..).. so they all pon amik cuti... but wait2.. few days before the hari raya leave, she take MC due to her BP naik melambung2. then the driver mention she was taking fake MC from hospital besar KL from his relative which works there..... alahai.. sabar ajela..

then the 3rd girl plak dtg.. Puan H. kali ni married with 1 kid. but problemnya adalah... she has no own transportation. the only kenderaan for her is .. bas. paham2la naik bas kan? she join somwhere in september... about 2 weeks i have to sit down at the reception area to wait for the pengganti to datang ganti. in december ke bila tah.. she found herself pregnant to the 2nd child. it is a good thing but she always go for EL and MC... owh owh.. masa belum confrim tak penah pon MC, bersikap baik. ok fine, kesian dia pregnant.. 

then in July this year, she took early leave before the maternity leave. but the day she always take MC or EL is the day before her annual leave. apply annual leave cepat2 and sebelum annual leave itu  tup2 sakit or apa2 rason sekalipon... =_=

the 4th girl datang. her name is Miss I. budak lepasan politeknik. who has no wawasan at all. studying engineering but saying "oh saya tak minat pon kak. mak yang suruh"... always on smartphone she was here sekejap.. 1 month +. sekejap aje dah buat hal. memanjang kata emak sakit, nearly 2-3 kali jugak EL and MC. its either emak sakit, or saudara sakit. always got sick people at the house. then this time the girl nak cuti raya.. raya 2013 bebeh. i pon takdela nak amik cuti raya since my Annual leave habis byk for medical checkup and hospital appointment (tak mau amik mc it will affect my BONUS!) so... i pon bagi aje la this one cuti. raya is on khamis. she go for EL on Friday before raya (sedara sakit) saturday not working, then masuk on Monday. Tuesday she took EL (she herself demam panas) then Wednesday she already apply for unpaid leave *temp staff takde annual leave* and saturday after raya.... pffftttt....

and on the 20th of August, we all dapat tahu yang that is HER LAST DAY. she decided to continue study. =_=

and the 5th girl datang... aduyai... indian girl Mrs. A. this one just walk in saja and claim got a Degree In Accounting.  byk ckp, asyik nak betul tapi bodoh. hat ni takde masalah cuti. ok mmg tak amik cuti pon tapi always on the phone (lama) always on i-pad ke tablet ke apa jadah namanya tah... she works dari 22nd sampai lah Puan H kembali bekerja on 19th Sept.

and now puan H bekerja.. she always take cuti (for anak i believe..) check up. ok tak kisah... and baru2 ni raya haji. she applied leave on Monday and Wednesday (raya haji Tuesday) and as what i've expected... on Friday she took EL sebab no one took care of baby. father of the babysitter is in ICU and babysitter has to go back to kampung ASAP. =_=.. ok fine. ramainya manusia bermasalah dalam dunia.... mcm mana nak care eh?? do i have to care? 

Most of them mempunyai kriteria yang sama iaitu:-

• kerap sakit
• kerap bermasalah
• kerap sakit dan bermasalah terutama pada hari sebelum cuti (public holiday atau annual leave day)
• mempunyai masalah komunikasi?
• mempunyai hubungan akrab dengan driver

aku rasa diorang ada masalah komunikasi dengan aku sebab maybe i talk tiger or dog (bitchy katanya) and they talk human. so i keep on menyalak2 or mengaum while they talking. or worst i might bite or eat them alive. mcm ikan (i dont know why i keep on thinking of Tuna) pirana.. 

owh pasal pemandu.. driver... i do not have any problem with them but 1 of them already stop talking to me ASAP tanpa notice. tiba2 kekdahnya tak nak pandang muka. wooo... i felt invisible. tapi i bet they will avoid talking to me sebab i have authority utk sign petrol chit, and access to all sort of info and forms if our administator tak ada.

i guess memang kena sediakan payung sebelum hujan walaupon langit tak menunjukkan tanda2 nak hujan so that tak perlu hadap aku.. tapi.. apakah aku.. kesah? hueh hueh

i want my life to be easy and tak complicated. i have enough problem yang i do think i myself tak mampu nak handle tapi perlahan2 kayuh katanya.... my docs gave me new medication for my high blood which make my blood go upstairs tinggi2.. kekdahnya. kejam nak mampus. rasanya tikam hidup2 aje Doctor Azlin Juliana (tak silap aku la...) dah la keep on asking me on my history.. it is not my problem whore.... u can read it yourself and explain it to me whore instead of asking me kan?? cehh.. 

and yep. i am disconnecting myself from the social media/ social network.
