a person with a good memory or at least good time management will keep track for all the appointments so that takkan ada kelupaan gitu kan?? well.. I think i am super duper hebat untuk bab2 appointment doktor sebab esok akan ke hospital untuk appointment (amik ubat aje) sebab my appointment is due on..
eh esok 14/10/11 kan? wakakaka.. the appointment is due last month.. koh koh koh.. actually i was forbidden to take AL last few month due to xxx reason... but since I am valid (err) for AL, so it will be esok lah eh? hehe
i did remember someone told me.. makan ubat suka2 aje... lols.. hehe i admit i hate taking medicine... kalau ubat yang ni i have to la for my BP.. eh i am still belum di diagnosed sepenuhnya sebagai pesakit HT YET.. at least yet la kan.. until December.. hehe.. so i have to take those medicine until early dec this year.. but for fever and flu... i never take panadol and i never finish my ubat.. hehe no one (at this moment) berjaya persuade me to take ubat.. keh keh keh.. eh.. ada la.. :p woot.. woot..

hurray for no traffic jam (haha TQ for reminding me perkara itu ya - :P)
and hurray for not working esok! so 3 days weekend.. wohoo.... c u in PPUM esok! woot woot! ^_^

br je balik dari appointment ngan Dr smlm...dpt bekal utk 2 bln..
tu la.. ubat plug byk.. ubat kita sikit jek.. nanti nak updet pasal pharmacy tadik. huhu
